As a senior and experienced Solicitor, I am well placed to undertake your workplace investigation. 


I have experience in all areas of employment law including providing technically complex and strategic advice regarding all aspects of employment litigation to employees and employers. 


I have dealt with a huge variety of issues and claims during my 18+ years of working in employment law involving all types of discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, contractual issues and TUPE.


These skills allow me to analyse evidence to ensure a thorough and robust investigation is undertaken when investigating grievance and/or disciplinary matters.


I am also well aware of the level of detail and approach Tribunal Judges expect, so will ensure any report I produce is one that will be consistent with their expectations.


Throughout my career, I have worked with clients in a variety of different industries so am familiar with most terminology, but I am not afraid of learning industry-specific language where required. If the matter does ultimately end up being heard at tribunal, it is a good idea to have explained any industry-specific language at this early stage, as this too will assist the Judge.
