With many years’ experience advising businesses and individuals on employment law and HR matters, I know the correct way to conduct an investigation into sensitive workplace issues. 


This includes giving consideration to any health issues the employee may be suffering from and adapting the process accordingly. 


When advising clients, I regularly encounter allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing. I am very familiar with the legal principles that underpin these rights and laws, so know what to focus on when conducting an independent investigation.


Often the work I’m involved in has short deadlines, so an urgent response is imperative, as is keeping all parties up to date with progress. 


This approach, and my level of experience, ensures I can deliver detailed investigations that allow a business to make an impartial decision and its employee to know matters have been investigated fairly and without bias.
